2024 OPHA CONFERENCE
The Oklahoma Public Health Association believes that public health students and professionals across the state must unite across our various agencies, sectors, and institutions to create better population health outcomes for all Oklahomans. Therefore, we have chosen Building Common Ground in Public Health as our 2024 Conference theme! Please join us in September to build common ground among Oklahoma's public health community and learn from one another about ongoing research, strategies, and practices for public health improvement, protection, and service across the state.

Hosting University & LodgingHosting University OPHA is actively fostering connections with Oklahoma's incredible public health programs and colleges across the state. Part of this a new initiative is to partner with universities for our annual conferences! OPHA is proud to be hosted by Northeastern State University Broken Arrow for this year's conference and to highlight NSU's public health programs! Please find a map of NSU BA's campus here. Call for Abstracts – OPEN!
OPHA's 2024 Conference: Building Common Ground in Public Health is seeking abstracts for poster session and 15 minute oral presentations related to The Art and Science of Public Health in Promoting Healthy Communities.
Abstract submissions are due June 30th at 5pm and are to be submitted using this form. After you submit, you will be able to edit your submission until June 30th at 5pm. You can share your form URL with co-authors for them to make edits as well.
If submitting multiple abstracts, please submit one abstract at a time. After you submit, you will see the option "submit another response." Due to our programming this year, we can not guarantee consecutive oral presentations from the same groups or authors.

Continuing Education
OPHA will be offering CPH, CHES/MCHES, and Oklahoma LSW continuing education credits our 2024 Conference! Please stay tuned for updates on offered hours and content. Attendees seeking continuing education or certificates of attendance must request their credits from OPHA through this linked survey by 11:59PM on Thursday, October 10th.
